Kate is a natural leader, heading up a team of twelve professionals including project in- spectors, engineers, superintendent, trade workers, and administrative professionals. She has developed one of the most effective teams at Bowers + Kubota. She is also an active leader within the firm, initiating and leading a career development group within her com - pany called “Young Members”. David’s career with CROFT has been highly decorated. He was awarded Outstanding Design for Post-Secondary by American School and University in December 2019 for his work on the Kennesaw State University English Building. Originally excelling in his position of Project Manager, Esterline was quickly promoted to “Integrator” for the studio, which makes him responsible for working closely with the Federal Studio Director (or “Visionary”) to implement strategies and hold everything together.
