Lauren Schroedter’s rise at Hanson’s Seattle office has been swift. After joining the firm as an intern in 2006, she became a full time employee in 2009. By 2020, Schroedter was elected Assistant Vice President. Lauren focuses on engineering projects for rail clients; her management and technical abilities have helped her streamline processes, use techno- logical advances, and lead efficient, effective project teams.
