REQUIREMENTS The post holder must be able to demonstrate:
HNC/D qualification in a Facilities Management related discipline
Experience of working in the building services sector in outsourced services ma including commercial, industrial and domestic equipment
Experience in managing contractors and staff
The ability to assess problems and ensure resources and expertise are in place problems
Experience of managing reactive and planned preventative maintenance throug of software systems
Proven ability to analyse and resolve operational problems and emergencies
Computer literacy with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project required.
Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
Autonomous self-starter with excellent organisational skills with the ability to pri maintain records, action plans and documentation up to date at all times
Good understanding of statutory compliance and the Health and Safety require themselves, staff and contractors at all time, job specific and generally. To inclu confined spaces, working at height, asbestos awareness.
