The Students’ Union (SU) is here to represent, support and advise you on all aspects of campus life, ensuring you have the best possible experience during your time at Barnsley College. When you enrol you will automatically become a member of the SU which is led by students - the SU Committee - who are elected by you and supported by our SU staff.
The SU Committee works in partnership with Barnsley College to represent student views through our Student Voice system, organise fundraising events and awareness campaigns. See more at: /BarnsleySU

Accommodation
There is a variety of accommodation available in and around the town centre, from terraced houses to apartments, so it won’t be hard to find a place to live. Whilst we endeavour to provide students with information regarding accommodation in Barnsley, the College has no contractual or other relationship with private accommodation providers. You should read contracts carefully and, if necessary, take independent legal advice before entering into any agreement.
