WAND SHOULDER FLEXION Lying on your backand holding a wand, palms facedown on both sides, slowly raise the wand towards overhead. Repeat 5 times.

How can we know the severity of your injury and when you are completely better? One way is that we measure your strength in both arms in a number of different motions. And we measure this with specialized equipment, precisely, in pounds of force. I don’t know of any other clinic that measures strength so precisely.
