We would like to share with you some of the statistics on the usage of Shangri-La Academy Online.
1. NUMBER OF COLLEAGUES USING THE SYSTEM FROM JANUARY TO APRIL 2020
With the interruption of some of our operations due to the COVID19 situation, our Regional AVPs in Learning & Development in China: Alice Yuan and Leighton Tian introduced a program for our colleagues to maximise their time by learning courses and completing certain challenges on the way! The support of the Learning & Development Managers and Human Resources Teams in China truly facilitated this successful learning initiative. The program was launched in February and is now in its second phase.
