VPP Benefit Guide 2026-2027

Long-Term Disability VPP provides voluntary, long-term disability coverage in addition to the employer-paid STD coverage. This optional coverage is available as another layer of income security. This benefit is designed to supplement a portion of your income if you are unable to work for a limited period due to a qualifying condition.

What is the cost for LTD coverage? It is important to note a voluntary plan is an employee- paid coverage option. Electing this coverage through VPP allows you to access the group rates that are typically much more affordable than electing coverage as an individual. The rates will vary based on age during enrollment. See your paycom portal or reach out to AGM benefit support for more details.
