About The Role
This role is a key hire for our in-house Development function, which forms an integral part of our business as we continue to grow. The team is already made up of really good people and we’re a business who will endeavour always to do the right thing, in the right way – truly putting students’ experience, welfare and safety at the top of our agenda. A member of the Development Team and reporting to the Senior Development Manager, the Development Manager will, with the support of the Senior Development Manager, take responsibility for managing new build and refurbishment projects through detailed design, procurement and delivery. We are seeking an individual with early career experience in supporting and/or leading large-scale capital development programmes in a comparable context. The role would suit an individual that is motivated to progress their career in a client side development role on a portfolio spanning across the country. Experience of working across capital developments with comparable characteristics (residential, PRS, PBSA,) would be particularly advantageous, but no means essential.
