Stopping the Violence Services Transition Houses
The Transition House programs support women and their dependent children who have experienced or are at risk of experiencing abuse, threats or violence by providing access to safe, secure, and confidential services; including information and supports for decision-making, short-term shelter or housing, referrals to other services and links to affordable housing. The Transition House program provides shelter and related services which are accessible on a 24 hour basis, 365 days a year.
