PRACTICE NEWS: Keeping Our Patients Up To Date!

Brownsville. It was great to have been able to participate in the Port Isabel Chamber Of Commerce’s Fitness Run & Walk. We joined this event to help support promote a healthy lifestyle in the community. The weather was perfect for a 3 mile walk from Port Isabel to South Padre Island. This was so much fun. Eagle Pass. BackToActionsponsored team “QuePedo”atthisyear’s3rdAnnualMuyGrand BBQCook-offbenefiting theMaverickCounty Jr. Livestock Show. This was their kick off eventforamonth leadingupfor theLivestock showandsale.Theyhad35 teams registered this year and they had a great turn out. The event was very family friendly and filled with great food.Althoughour teamdidnotget the results they had hoped for, we all had a great time. A special thanks to Team Que Pedo: Hector, Karen, Diana, Carlo, and Kristi for all of their hard work and effort this weekend. They competed in the main meat categories whichconsistedofbrisket,chicken,and ribs, and also submitted an entry for chili, fajitas, and dessert. Everything was delicious. Great job guys! We would also like to congratulate our tech, Nena Fuentes on her company anniversary thismonth.Nenahasbeenwith thecompany for 8 years! Thank you for all of your hard work over the years! Susan, our flex tech and receptionist also celebrated a birthday this month. Happy Birthday, Susan!!

Harlingen. We would like to take this opportunitytowelcomeallofourWinterTexan friendsback to thevalley.Wehavebeenbusy atcommunityevents thismonthsohopefully we were able to see many of you. We were firstatFunandSunRVParkonJanuary10th. Wewere thenat theAllValleyRVandOutdoor Show from January 11th-13th, followed by the Winter Texan Appreciation at Casa de Amistad on January 15th. On January 16th, we donated ten bags of shredded paper and $50 worth of dog/cat food to the National Humane Society. The shredded paper is used to line the kennels for the animals. Lastly, we would like to thank Joey Vasquez (8 years) and Joey Flores (1 year) for their hard work. We appreciate all that you do to keep Back To Action flowing. DelRio. HappyNewYearfromBacktoAction! We wish you health and happiness in 2018! Ourstaffkickedoffthenewyearwithahealthy start, participating in the CHIC (Community Health Initiative Coalition) Chilly 5k. It was rainy and “chilly” but we had fun! We said goodbye to several of our techs this month- Karly,Heidi,andErika.Wewish them thebest of luck intheirnewendeavorsastheycontinue theireducation,move toanewstate,andcare for their families. We also welcomed a new PT tech, Catherine and are thankful to have her join our team!
