Establishing and maintaining the capital programme in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Estates & Facilities (Capital Development).
To promote and communicate the benefits and impact of major projects to the University community, neighbours, and statutory authorities, presenting projects both outside and inside the University as appropriate.
Overseeing and monitoring role on third party developments where the University is likely to be a leaseholder, tenant or provider of service.
Implementing Design Team and Contractor Frameworks.
Responsible for post occupancy evaluations of completed projects
To lead on the establishment of delivery frameworks that will enable up to £800 m of development to be delivered in 10 years.
Provide cover for the Assistant Director of Estates & Facilities (Capital Development) as necessary.
