When it comes to accessibility, the Town of Tillsonburg endeavors to promote public awareness and sensitivity to all persons with disabilities, to identify, document, and address accessibility issues and concerns, and to provide high quality services that are accessible to all persons within the community regardless of disability. In keeping with this vision, the Town of Tillsonburg is committed to ensuring that people with disabilities enjoy the same opportunities as all who live, work, visit and invest in our Town. Anyone requiring one-on-one assistance to attend our programs may have their support person attend free of charge. Does not include: personal trainers, therapists.
Transfer Requests Class transfers must occur prior to the 3rd class and will be based on class availability. After the 3rd class, transfers will only be allowed at a Program Coordinator’s discretion. Class Cancellations Insufficient registrations may necessitate the cancellation of a program. We reserve the right to change or cancel programs if necessary. Every effort will be made to avoid these changes. Returned NSF Cheques/Credit Cards Payments made by cheque or credit card which are not accepted by the bank, must be replaced with a cash payment. A $35 administrative fee will be charged for each returned cheque or rejected credit card. Receipts Keep qualifying receipts for income tax purposes. The charge for reprints is $5 per receipt.
Active Citizen Request (ACR) The Town of Tillsonburg has initiated the Active Citizen Request (ACR) program to address your concerns and provide you with valuable feedback. How do I log my ACR concern? Your concern or comment can be logged in one of two ways: 1. Log onto www.tillsonburg.ca , select the “Local Government” tab and select “Contact Us”. 2. Call 519.842.9200 and a Customer Service Representative will record your call into our ACR system.
