S hopping C enters A Beautiful Touch Boutique is a welcome addition to neighborhood shopping center VantageReal Estate Services' Walsh secures lease for bridal accessory boutique in Cherry Hill, NJ
HERRY HILL, NJ –– Vantage Real Estate Services announced that A Beautiful Touch, a wed- ding accessory boutique, has signed a lease for their newest location at Centrum Shoppes, 219-221 Haddonfield-Berlin Road, Cherry Hill. A Beautiful Touch is a unique, one-stop wedding accessory boutique, owned and operated by a mother/daughter team since September 2000. The boutique will be moving to the newly renovated neighborhood shop- ping center in December 2019. Centrum Shoppes is conve- niently located just minutes C
and TD Bank. Monica Walsh , director of client services at Vantage RES, worked closely with the landlords, Cherry Hill Plazas LLC, and the tenant, Cherie LaRocca, to both secure the new space and ensure that the boutique’s interior finishes are upscale and elegant. This is the second lease that Walsh secured in Centrum Shoppes, both within 30 days of one an- other and within two months of Vantage RES being desig- nated as the leasing broker for the shopping center. “We are thrilled to bring A Beautiful Touch to the Cen- trum Shoppes,” Walsh said in a statement. “This family- owned wedding accessory store offers unique apparel and gift-options that we know will resonate with the Cherry Hill community.” NAI Hanson reps. landlord in retail lease in Parsippany, New Jersey PARSIPPANY, NJ — NAI James E.
