INNAMINSON, NJ — Siena Luxury Resi- dences is a 55+ Active Adult Community, located in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, and owned by Capitol Seniors Housing. The building owners had their grand opening cere- mony on November 14th, 2019, to celebrate the completion of their Community Clubhouse and a new apartment building open for rent. These buildings are part of the extension to the Siena Luxury Residences com- munity, along with a series of more new structures that have interior finishes underway. A graduate of the University of Delaware (Cum Laude), Da- kota Laidman-Murray earned a Bachelor of Environmental En- gineering degree that included a concentration in Water Re- sources and Water Quality and a minor in Civil Engineering. Always the high achiever, she received the Hagerty Environ- mental Undergraduate Award for demonstrating outstand- ing professional and research potential in Environmental Engineering.
