The existing metalwork has been retained, refurbished and reinstated as decorative feature elements. A BREEAM Excellent development with
a Wired Score Platinum Certification, The Ewart has exemplary sustainable and technology features throughout, inclusive of electric vehicle charge points with the building producing zero operational waste and green energy tariffs in place for electrical consumption. GOLD STANDARD Promoting the well-being of its users has also been a prominent feature within the design with contemporary breakout and social areas along with award-winning cycling facilities, which saw the building achieve a Gold standard in Cycling UK’s Cycle Friendly Employer accreditation programme, providing the largest covered cycling provision within any NI Grade A office to date.
