Des soumissions scellées, clairement indiquées quant à leur contenu à l’attention de Christine Groulx, greffière, seront reçues et enregistrées par la Corporation de la ville de Hawkesbury au bureau municipal, 600 rue Higginson, Hawkesbury, Ontario, K6A 1H1 , jusqu’à 15h, heure locale, le JEUDI 24 JANVIER 2019 Les travaux consistent essentiellement à fournir la main-d’œuvre, l’équipement et les matériaux pour effectuer des modifications à la tuyauterie de la sortie de l’usine de traitement d’eau municipale et du débit mètre. Le contrat comprend l’enlèvement et l’installation d’un nouveau débit mètre ainsi que la tuyauterie associée en plus de modifications à la tuyauterie du système de lavage à contre-courant secondaire ainsi que la mise en service de tous les éléments. Les documents seront disponibles le jeudi 20 décembre 2018 , sur le site web de Merx au https://www.merx.com/. Chaque soumission doit être accompagnée d’un dépôt de soumission sous forme de chèque certifié ou cautionnement de soumission pour une valeur de 10% du montant de la soumission . Une visite de chantier obligatoire se tiendra à l’usine de traitement d’eau située au 670 rue Main est, Hawkesbury Ont le mercredi 9 janvier 2019. Une évaluation de l’expérience connexe du soumissionnaire sera effectuée par lamunicipalité avant l’exécution d’un contrat formel avec le soumissionnaire retenu. Les soumissions sont sujettes à la préparation et à l’exécution d’un contrat formel. La Corporation de la ville de Hawkesbury se réserve le droit d’accepter ou de rejeter n’importe quelle soumission conforme ou non conforme. La plus basse ou toute autre soumission ne sera pas nécessairement acceptée. Tenders, that are sealed in an envelope and clearly marked as to contents and for the attention of Christine Groulx, Clerk, will be received and log stamped by the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury at the Municipal Office, 600 Higginson Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario, K6A 1H1 prior to 3:00 PM local time on: THURSDAY, JANUARY 24TH 2019 The work generally consists of supplying labour, equipment and materials for modifications to the municipal water discharge piping and replacement of the flow meter at theWater Treatment Plant. The contract includes the removal and installation of a new flow meter and associated piping, backwash piping modifications and commissioning of all works. Complete Tender Documents will be available on Thursday, December 20th, 2018 , on Merx website at https://www.merx.com/. A Tender Deposit in the form of a certified cheque or a bid bond of 10% of Tender price must accompany each Tender. A mandatory job showing will be held on Wednesday, January 9 th , 2019 at the Hawkesbury Water Treatment Plant located at 670 Main Street East, Hawkesbury ON. The Town will proceed with an evaluation of the Tenderer relevant experience before executing a formal contract with the selected tenderer. Tenders are subject to a formal contract being prepared and executed. The Town of Hawkesbury reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders and the lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted. No tenders shall be considered by any contractor or supplier who has initiated, or is currently involved in a litigation process involving the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury.
