AICC AICC,The Independent Packaging Association, offers leadership development and networking opportunities to members through the AICC Emerg- ing Leader Program. Emerging Leader (EL) activities and events are led by their Delegates. Each year a new del- egate is elected by their peers in the Program. This year Lauren Frisch, Ac- count Executive, Wasatch Container, was elected to the Freshman Delegate position. Lauren joins Junior Delegate Cassi Malone, Customer Service Man- ager, Corrugated Supplies Company, and Senior Delegate Daniel Brettschneider, Vice Pres- ident, CST Systems, in the group’s leadership. Lauren Frisch AICC Emerging Leaders host three events each year, including the annual Vice-chairman’s Field Trip, and have an active online community. The Program, de- signed for up and comers 35 and younger at AICC box maker and supplier member companies, has been serving young professionals for six years. Kelsey joined the Constantia in October 2010 as group head of M&A subsequently assuming the re- sponsibility of the group controlling and accounting for three years before taking on the role of SVP of Finance Consumer Division in July 2020. FLAG At this year’s FLAG Virtual Sum- mit, Don Sinkin, former Chairman and CEO of Disc Graphics, will be presented with the FLAG Lifetime Achievement Award.
