The 19 townhome sales were 5% lower month-over- month but 46% above February 2020. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 29%, as Burnaby South’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in February was $806,200, 0.5% higher month-over-month and 4% higher year-over-year. The average sold price was $826,126 (2% below January) with an average PSF sales price of $656 (down 6% vs January).
