The number of condo listings in Richmond decreased by 5% month-over-month (to 601), but increased by 0.3% vs February 2020. The number of condo sales increased by 39% vs January (to 197) and rose 46% vs February 2020. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 33%, as Richmond’s condo market remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price was $683,200 in February, 3% above January and 6% higher vs February 2020. The average sold price was $589,365 (down 4% vs January) while the average PSF sales price was $694 (unchanged from January).
