At 9, the number of townhome listings in Squamish was 13% higher month-over-month but 67% lower year-over-year. Townhome sales, at 14, were up 17% month-over- month and unchanged year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 156% in February as Squamish’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in February was $789,800, 4% above last month and 10% higher than last year. The average sold price was $833,161, while the average PSF sales price was $565 (up 12% and 7%, respectively, from last month).
