The 67 townhome listings in Vancouver East in February were 7% lower month-over-month but 26% higher year-over-year. The 34 townhome sales in February were 113% above last month and 79% above last year. The sales-to-listings ratio for townhomes increased to 51%, as conditions in Vancouver East’s townhome market remained favourable to sellers. The townhome benchmark price in February was $910,000, up 1.8% from January and 0.9% higher year-over-year. February’s average sold price was $1.03M at an average PSF sales price of $864 (up 29% and 28%, respectively, vs last month).
