Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Group Exercise Descriptions Click here to sign up. Barre** Sculpt muscles, burn fat, build core strength. This class combines elements of Pilates, ballet & conditioning. Wed./Fri. at 10:30 AM. Barre Express** Lengthen muscles into their most beautiful form by fusing ballet barre, strength training and Pilates. Mon. at 9:45 AM. **We need new subscribers to keep this class on our schedule! Early Bird Cardio/Strength** By subscription only! This intense workout builds endurance, strength, and flexibility. Mon./Wed./Fri. at 6:00 AM. Fitness Fusion* Combination of aerobics, full-body toning, & Pilates, all in 1 class! Tues./Thurs. 8:30 AM. Fitness Yoga** Designed specifically for golfers and tennis players, this class will incorporate slow paced yoga poses emphasizing static positions and extensions of the shoulders and hips to help open up tight joints. Mon. at 7:30 AM; Fri. at 5:30 PM. Gentle Yoga** This easy slow-paced flow of Hatha Yoga focuses on proper alignment, deep breathing, standing balances with minimal Sun Salutations. Please bring your own blanket & yoga mat if you have one. Tues./Thurs. at 9:45 AM. Pilates** Enjoy an age-defying full body workout. Gain core strength, flexibility, better balance and posture! Mon./Wed./Fri. at 8:30 AM. **We need new subscribers to keep this class on our schedule! Pilates Fundamentals** Learn how to properly engage the correct muscles to maximize your workout that will give you long lean muscles and a stronger core. Great for beginners and a wonderful refresher for Pilates lovers! Wed. at 4:00 PM. **We need new subscribers to keep this class on our schedule! Seniorcize* To help you stay active and healthy, this class focuses on balance, flexibility, and strengthening. Mon. at 4:00 PM and Thurs. at 11:00 AM. (45 min.) Toning + Abs* A full-body workout with weights, with emphasis on core conditioning. Tues./Thurs. at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM; Sat. at 8:45 AM and 10:00 AM. Vinyasa Flow** Focus on alignment, seated twists, back- bends and arm balances. All fitness levels welcome. Bring yoga mat if you have one. Sun. at 10:00 AM.

Free Ergonomic Seminar

Rates *Standard Class: $12/drop-in, or $7 for subscription. **Specialty Class: $20/drop-in, or $10/class for subscription. Between the 15th and 25th of each month, sign up for the following month’s classes here.

Sunday, 6 March

1:00 PM Bryan Williams, Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified ergonomic specialist, will lead an ergonomic seminar and Q&A. The seminar will focus on the proper office/desk ergonomic set ups and positions for the body. It will also go over the most commonly found postures leading to a myriad

of musculoskeletal issues ranging from headaches to knee pain. Additionally, general exercises and stretches will be recommended. The seminar will take place in the Arlington Room. There is no charge, but please register in advance by clicking here . Building Access Members wishing to access the building before 7:00 AM on weekdays and 8:30 AM on weekends, or after 8:00 PM on weekdays and 5:30 PM on weekends, will need a personal identification number to unlock the door. REVISED GROUP EXERCISE POLICY

New Personal Training and Massage Rates Coming For the first time in several years, we will be raising our personal training and massage rates in the upcoming fiscal year. Effective April 1, in order to control administrative costs and avoid an across- the-board rate increase, we will no longer pro-rate subscriptions for absences. As always, we cannot refund subscriptions after, and we cannot accept cancellations once the month and classes have started. You are encouraged to make-up classes that you miss, but please do so in a timely manner. All make-up classes must be used subscription, we will continue to bill you until you remove yourself. Please check your club bill regularly and report any discrepancies to the fitness director. In the event that Arlington County schools are closed due to inclement weather, morning group fitness classes will be canceled. Evening class cancellations will be posted on the website.
