altimore, MD — Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) has launched a comprehensive interior and exterior renova- tion and improvement pro- gram, valued at nearly $12 million, at Kenilworth at Per- ring Park Apartments. The centerpiece of this package is the construction of a 1573 s/f Community Clubhouse that is expected to be com- pleted in June. Located at 8951 Waltham Woods Rd. in Baltimore County, Kenilworth at Perring Park consists of 567 one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes. The Mul- lan Contracting Company is handling general contract- ing activities for the club- house. The new Community Club- house is 1,000 s/f larger than the previous building that was demolished last fall to make way for the new structure. Features include an open kitchen design, vaulted ceil- ings, a state-of-the-art sound system and a new fitness center. n B H2M donates $6200 to the INN Melville, NY — Rich Humann, P.E. CEO and president of H2M archi- tects + engineers (H2M) presents a check to Jean Kelly, executive director of the INN (Interfaith Nutri- tion Network) for $6200.00. This represents a $5000.00 donation from the firm and $1200.00 raised from an Em- ployee Appreciation Day and Pie Day; with a $5 donation the employee gets to wear jeans for the day and have Pizza on the firm. H2M ar- chitects and engineers are a proud supporter of the INN, both in volunteering time and donations. H2M is grateful for the work Jean Kelly does with all of the staff and volunteers every day of every year and is a large supporter of the INN. H2M employees donate their time by volunteering. Vol- unteering tasks range from sorting donated goods in the receiving area, to prepping lunch in the kitchen. The INN serves anywhere guests every day during the week (Monday-Friday) and our employees are happy to help in any way that they can. n
