HAYLEY WOOD BUSINESS DIRECTOR Hayley is our Business Director based in Birmingham, covering the Midlands and Northern Counties. Her focus is across all work winning roles including bids, business development, marketing, graphic design, estimating and pre- construction, recruiting at all levels. She offers temporary, interim and permanent recruitment solutions on a retained and contingent basis, partnering with small specialist SMEs to large corporate organisations and everything in between. Hayley started her recruitment career in March 2010 and has specialised in recruiting work winning professionals since September 2017. She covers a wide range of sectors including Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction, Civil Engineering, Energy, Utilities, Healthcare, Non-Profit, Technology, Professional Services and Consultancy.
SAM HOLLAND PRACTICE MANAGER
Danielle is an experienced recruitment professional with 10 years in the industry, specialising in Bids recruitment for the last 8. Based in Suffolk, she focuses on recruiting top talent across Norfolk and Suffolk while also being part of the Midlands and North team, supporting clients nationwide. Working across multiple sectors, Danielle sources professionals at all levels, from Bid Administrators, Coordinators, and Writers to Bid Managers, Heads of Bids, and specialists in Business Development and Marketing. Her deep market knowledge, strong network, and consultative approach enable her to connect the right candidates with the right opportunities, providing tailored recruitment solutions for both permanent and freelance roles. Danielle is known for her excellent rapport with clients and candidates, enabling her to provide the best industry knowledge and support.
Daniel is the Business Sector Director for the Bids team at Bid Recruitment. He specialises in Bid recruitment across professional services placing Bids and Work Winning professionals with clients across real estate, construction and engineering consultancies, legal and financial services. After studying Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence at Sussex University, Daniel spent seven years at Carphone Warehouse. In 2010 he moved into recruitment, joining On-Target, a sales and business development recruitment specialist. He left in 2017 to join Badenoch & Clark to continue his journey in sales, bids and tender recruitment before joining MRG to lead the Bid recruitment team.
Sam is a Practice Manager at Bid Recruitment. Sam has over 7 years’ experience in the recruitment industry working across several industries including Technology, Healthcare and Facilities Management and prides himself on providing an excellent service with strong relationship building skills. Sam has worked on various levels of roles ranging from Project Manager through to “Head of” placing with some of the industry leading companies in their sectors. Sam has been known to find niche candidates through referrals and face to face candidate meetings which has helped him maintain long standing relationships whilst maintaining excellent knowledge of the construction industry

LAURA TURNER BUSINESS DIRECTOR
Laura specialises in the recruitment of Bid Management, Business Development and Marketing roles for Main Contractors, Affordable Housing Contractors, Specialist Sub- Contractors and Maintenance providers. After studying at Kingston College, Laura started her career in technical recruitment in 2005. She moved to MRG in 2009 and provides Bid Managers, Bid Writers, Technical Writers, Bid Co-ordinators and Business Development Managers across London and the South East. She has recently completed assignments for a Regional Business Development Manager for a National Contractor, for a Bid Writer in Affordable Housing, a Bid Manager for a Fit- out business and a Business Development Manager for a specialist Public Sector refurb Contractor
