The number of townhome listings in the Fraser Valley board area decreased to 1,259 in October, 13% below last month and 10% lower than last year. At 396, townhome sales were up 25% vs September and 29% above last year. The sales-to-listings ratio, at 31%, remained favour- able to sellers. The benchmark price in October was $516,000, 0.8% lower vs last month and 4% lower vs last year. The average sold price was 1.9% higher between September and October, at $574,221, while the average PSF sales price was relatively unchanged (at $363).
