At 243, the number of townhome listings in Vancouver West was 7% lower in October than in September but 5% above October 2018. Townhome sales, at 51, were up by 24 vs September and 12 above last October. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 21% in October as Vancouver West’s townhome market transitioned to seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in October was $1.11M, 1.3% above last month but 4% lower than last year. The average sold price was $1.50M, while the average PSF sales price was $989 (up 16% and 10%, respectively, from last month).
