The 47 detached sales in October were up by 12 month-over-month and 11 above this time last year. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 9% in October, as conditions continued to favour buyers in West Vancouver’s detached market. October’s benchmark price was $2.52M—relatively unchanged vs September and 9% below October 2018. The average sold price of $2.53M was 16% lower vs last month and 20% below last year.
