More than 800 students will be trained this year in the four schools of the Bible Institute of Los Angeles, Inc.: Bible Insti­ tute, Biola College, School of Missionary Medicine and the Talbot Theological Seminary.

NEW FACU LTY MEMBERS

Mr. G. Willis Toms has been ap­ pointed Director of Admissions and Registrar. Holding a B.A. degree from Bob Jones University and a B.D. from Talbot Theological Seminary, he ac­ tually began his important work in April. Coming as Dean of Students this year is Mr. William Siemens. A grad­ uate of BIOLA, Mr. Siemens holds the B.A. degree from Wheaton Col­ lege, an M.A. from Pepperdine Col­ lege, and has his residence work com­ pleted at Claremont Graduate School for his doctorate. Another important addition to the student training program is Miss Margaret Hart, Associate Dean of Students. She, too, is a graduate of BIOLA and has also earned a B.A. degree from U.C.L.A. and M.R.E. degree from Fuller Theological Semi­ nary. Coming from an interesting back­ ground Mr. Bert K. Simpson will be in charge of the Audio Visual services at BIOLA. He was converted to the Lord from atheism through contact with The Navigators. He holds both B.A. and M.A. degrees from San Diego State College and is working

toward a Ph.D. at the University of California. Mr. Robert McCullum will be Assistant Professor of Physical Educa­ tion and Director of that department. He holds the B.S. degre from State Teachers College of Pennsylvania and an M.S. degree from the University of Oregon, where his residency for the Ph. D. has been completed. Receiving the appointment of As­ sistant Professor of Physical Educa­ tion is Miss Mary Noneff, who holds the B.S. from State Teachers College of Pennsylvania, with an M. Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania. Other new faculty members include Mr. Marvin McKissick, B.A., and M.M. He has worked several years on a part-time basis at BIOLA and this year will be employed full-time on the music faculty. Mr. Stephen Graham, B.A., and M.S., has also been on the faculty part time for the past few years. He, too, will be full time, starting this fall in the Physical Sci­ ence Department. He will also be pursuing studies toward the masters degree as time permits. Dr. Harrison Pierce, faithful Bible Institute friend and worker, will serve as head of the BIOLA Health Department.
