Moshang moderates program on Natural Gas Supply Infrastructure Investment Meloy & Slensky of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox speak at 2015 Annual Environmental Conference P
Michael Meloy has over 30 years of experience in the environmental arena. He brings both a legal and engi- neering background to bear in representing a wide array of clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to closely held corporations, partnerships, municipalities, and citizens groups in environmental liti- gation, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters. Michael has provided regula- tory assistance and advice to businesses in connection with all of the major environmental regulatory programs, handled
the environmental aspects of complex real estate and corporate transactions, been actively involved in numerous redevelopment and reme- diation projects around the world, handled environmental litigation in both the federal and state courts and before administrative tribunals, and helped design and imple- ment environmental auditing and compliance management programs. Brett Slensky concentrates his practice on the environ- mental aspects of commercial transactions, property devel- opment issues, regulatory compliance and renewable energy. In the transactional context, Brett advises clients on a range of due diligence and permitting issues, ap- plicable state and federal liability protections, and the negotiation and structure of the pertinent deal documents. In the regulatory compliance area, Brett assists clients to meet their particular environ- mental compliance objectives, including the implementa- tion of practical management strategies and programs for one or multiple facilities, ad- dressing discrete issues that may arise in connection with daily operations, and proac- tive management of enforce- ment and business risks. NicoleMoshang , a partner with MGKF served as a mod- erator at “Natural Gas Supply Infrastructure Investment” presented by the Southern New Jersey Development Council. MGKF was also a sponsor of the program. The panel discussed the future demand and new natural gas investment projects since, unlike coal, natural gas can- not be stored and must be delivered, from outside of New Jersey, as it is consumed.
