Circularity: We are segregating our waste into
Banning Single-Use Plastic:
Refillable Diptyque amenities Plastic-free laundry bags Plastic-free tea and coffee capsules in the rooms Removal of plastic bin bags in rooms Key cards made of FSC-certified wood Waste Management: Using Orbisk SMART measuring tools to gain food waste insights allowing for menu planning and reducing wastage Zero-to-landfill commitment with Veolia

Trialling filtered tap water in guest bedrooms to reduce glass water bottle wastage
Revamped events buffet display to better control quantities and reduce food waste
Energy and Water Efficiency:
We have installed LED lighting throughout the building Tracking and reporting our energy and CO₂ emissions We reduce the washing of towels and linen to every two days (unless requested by guest) Use of a Building Management System to understand and more efficiently control our energy usage Measures are in place to optimise water use in the jacuzzi and reduce overall water consumption Responsible linen management within our spa to reduce laundry volume and environmental impact
We have three beehives on our roof providing urban biodiversity support Locally sourced, seasonal products for our Michelin-starred restaurant Wild Honey St James
Social Responsibility: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion projects with our staff, such as monthly national food celebrations in our canteen Member of Riise, Accor’s gender diversity network Partnering with Charity Begins at Home to volunteer and donate and Room to Reward to give back to our community
Back of House: Working to eliminate single-use plastic in the back-of-house
Certificates:
Use of eco-labelled cleaning products and Ozone Water as a natural chemical alternative, to reduce the environmental impact from chemical production, transportation, storage, and disposal
