Transport from Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport to the Holiday Inn Express
The hotel is at about 5 minutes from the Airport Transport from Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport to hotel (and back) • CDGVAL free airport shuttle runs from 4:00 am to 01:00 am every 4 minutes. Stop at Parking PR station, the hotel is located at 200 m. Duration of the journey is approximately 15 minutes.
To go directly from the airport to Eurosatory: Take the RER, line B and stop at the station “Parc des Expositions” – it should take around 5 minutes.
How to go from the hotel to Eurosatory?
Take the CDGVAL free airport shuttle at “Parking PR” station (2 min from hotel) up to Terminal 2 or 3. From there take the RER, line B and stop at the station “Parc des Expositions ”. It should take 20 minutes.
On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, let’s meet for a drink between 7 & 7:30pm downstairs at the hotel bar. Then, we can go and have dinner all together.

Transport from Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport to the Mercure Paris gare de Lyon Hotel
The hotel is at about 50 minutes from the Airport Transport from Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport to hotel. 1/ At Charles de Gaulle Airport, follow the signs to access the RER station. 2/ Take the RER line B towards Robinson or Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse. 3/ Get off at Châtelet - Les Halles station. 4/ At Châtelet - Les Halles, follow the signs to the RER line A towards Marne-la- Vallée - Chessy. 5/ Take the RER line A towards Marne-la-Vallée - Chessy. 6/ Get off at Gare de Lyon station.
7/ Follow signs to exit the station and reach Rue de Bercy. The Mercure Hotel Gare de Lyon is located near the station.

Important note: The trade-show offers two cloakroom/luggage storage areas: one at the entrance of Hall 6 and the other at the entrance of Hall 5B under the outdoor tent. The staff will be in attendance for an extra hour – the personal effects remaining after closing time will be available on the following day during the cloakroom opening hours. Meeting room
We have private meeting room # 515B (1 st floor) located at 5 minute walk from the Amphenol booth on Wednesday, June 17 & Thursday, June 18, 2026. Capacity: 10 people in U shape – 48m².

Lead management on the booth, you have:
Contact forms 3 Badges scanners
A trade-show brochure with your contact information on the back cover Please give your contact forms to the Hostess, in charge of the Leads Management on the booth . A desk will be specifically arranged on the booth. She/He will collect the leads, scan them, create a database for statistics. This way, we will send you all the leads right after the show.
Amphenol badges
Amphenol Sales and Marketing people will get an Amphenol badge showing their name and Amphenol Operation. If you already have one take it with you. At the end of the fair don’t forget to leave your badge on the storeroom. They will be re used for others event :) !
Cocktail
The Distribution team organizes a cocktail on Wednesday, June 17 . This cocktail is for distributors and upon invitation. If you want to participate, please register with Wendy Morgan. w.morgan@amphenol-roe.eu.
CYBERSECURITY
1/ If possible, do not take your computer on the booth (we’ll have 3 scanners & papers for customer contacts) 2/ If a PC is being used at the booth, all sensitive documents must be removed from it. 3/ Do not leave your computer unlocked. 4/ If the booth is unattended, computers must be securely stored in the storage area. 5/ Type your password in hidden mode (like a PIN code for a bank card) and change the password after Eurosatory. 6/ No USB drives allowed. Do not accept them from other exhibitors (even goodies). 7/ In case of lost equipment, report it directly to IT. These rules also apply to smartphones.
Things to remember Bring your ID with your entry pass
Personal belongings & suitcases must be left at the cloakroom at the entrance of Hall 6 / Hall 5A. The 5m² storeroom has NO SPACE for personal items.
Lunch must be taken outside the booth. KEEP THE BOOTH OPEN TO VISITORS & SALES => over 95 Amphenolians registered, very small exhibition space
