Elaine Bronner has worked in various capacities in the healthcare field and has extensive experi- ence in business management, executive directing, and proj- ect oversight. Her previous positions include project man- agement and business develop- ment for Liberty World Health and Wellness Center, LLC, an urgent care center in lower Manhattan; manager in the healthcare consulting group at Amper, Politziner &Mattia, PA in Edison; and administra- tive director for Newark Beth Israel Medical Center’s family health unit. Kimberly Borzi was most recently an internet sales coor- dinator for Carlo Russo’s Wine & Spirit World in Ho-Ho-Kus, and has worked in office man- agement and as an executive assistant at prior positions. Poskanzer Skott is an estab- lished, award-winning design and planning firm recognized for its innovative and workable design solutions. The seven-year, non-re- course loan, provided by a regional balance sheet lender, features a fixed-rate and a 30- year amortization schedule.
