ARTFORDCOUNTY, MD — NAI KLNB has brokered a 20,640 s/f full-building lease to Auto Plus at 2203 Commerce Rd., con- tained within the Forest Hill Business Park in the Forest Hill section of Harford Coun- ty, Maryland. Christopher Wright , senior associate for NAI KLNB, represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction. The retailer, which distributes automotive aftermarket parts, is relocat- ing from the Bel Air area. Forest Hill Business Park, originally developed in 1983, contains more than fifty build- H
ings comprising commercial of- fice, industrial, warehouse and manufacturing space totaling approximately 550,000 s/f of space, according to developer Bob Martin . An additional 150,000 s/f of space is owned by private corporations. The business community contains a diverse mix of users that span the medical, health and fitness, service, publishing, automotive, and manufactur- ing industries, among others. “Tenants that lease space at Forest Hill Business Park are attracted to its position at the center of Harford County, a location that provides rapid connections throughout the region by utilizing MD Route 23,” Martin said. “Because the park is operated and managed by a locally-owned family en- tity, companies know they can expect 24/7 service with strong attention to detail.” Forest Hill Business Park features a campus-like set- ting, with warehouse buildings that contain over-sized docks and drive-in doors. Parking is free throughout the business community, and a full-service property management team is contained on-site. “This site works exceedingly better for Auto Plus, given the locational advantages it pro- vides to its target audiences, in addition to the company’s abil- ity to control the entire build- ing in day-to-day operations,” said Christopher Wright of NAI KLNB. Schwartzman will focus on business development, leasing, and sales of office and industri- al product in greater Baltimore and Baltimore-Washington Corridor. Schwartzman recently re- tired from the professional lacrosse circuit after a nine- year all-star career in Major League Lacrosse. He previ- ously worked as a Sales As- sociate for Aesculap Surgical Technologies and Allen Medi- cal in Baltimore and bieMedia in Denver; and has also ap- peared as a lacrosse broad- caster for ESPN and the Big Ten Network. “We believe that Jesse has the proper, attitude, enthu- siasm and business acumen to become an immediate con- tributor to NAI KLNB,” said Brad Berzins , a principal with NAI KLNB. n
