When asked what excites them about the future, Josh doesn’t hesitate: technology. “There’s huge opportunity in using tech to streamline our operations and our customer experience. Everything from order tracking to invoicing—we want to make it all easier.” But more than anything, it’s about growing with their customers. “We listen. We adapt. That’s what keeps us moving forward.” Mauricio sums it up best: “We’re not just growing for the sake of growth. We’re growing with purpose.” What They Hope You Remember When people walk away from their booth at this year’s show, the team at Quality Millwork doesn’t want them to remember a pitch or a sale—they want them to remember a feeling. “I hope people remember the way we did business with them this year,” Mauricio says. “That they felt respected, supported, heard. That matters to us.” Josh nods. “We want to be known as reliable. Consistent. Simple to work with.
