legal obligation to take reasonable steps to keep our employees – and our Members – safe. We have a number of options available for those who are not able or willing to comply with the health orders via our online and mobile platforms. We are committed to ensuring that we provide a safe environment as we work together to help you make your financial dreams come true. If you do not share that commitment, Frontwave Credit Union may not be the place for you. Our 2021 Annual Meeting of the Membership and election of volunteers to serve on the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee will take place on March 31, 2021. These volunteer bodies consist of Frontwave Members, just like you, who volunteer to serve this great organization. They are elected by the Membership — YOU! As a financial cooperative, every active Member of the cooperative has an opportunity to participate in the process and, through that process, help shape the future of your credit union. I strongly encourage all active Members to avail themselves of this opportunity – this responsibility — to participate and VOTE in the upcoming election. We have a number of strong candidates running for positions on the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Committee, and we’ll be sharing more information about them over the coming months. You’ll get a chance to read about their qualifications and why they choose to serve. And,

when the polls open, you will have the opportunity to choose who you think will do the best job representing you and guiding your credit union towards a bright future in service to our Membership. I urge you to participate in this important process. Just as voting in our upcoming Presidential election is your responsibility as a U.S. citizen, voting in the annual election is your responsibility as a Frontwave Member. One of the core strategies supported by the Frontwave Board of Directors is our commitment to helping our Members attain and maintain financial fitness. To fulfill upon this commitment, we offer of a series of online financial workshops and seminars. We’ve had a few Members get upset about our mask requirement and take out their frustrations on our dedicated branch employees with insults and hurtful abuse. Frankly, that’s not OK, and it will not be tolerated. As an employer, we have a moral and Annual Meeting The Annual Meeting and election of officers for the Board of Directors (Board) and SupervisoryCommittee (Committee) of Frontwave Credit Union will be held March 31, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. at Frontwave’s Corporate office:
