Investor demand drives NAI CIR’s latest Pennsylvania transactions

ENNSYLVANIA — NAI CIR recently com - pleted five transactions across Central and Western Pennsylvania involving mul - tifamily, office, medical office, flex/industrial and commercial redevelopment properties. In Clarion, the 70-unit apartment community at 990 E. Main St. was sold to Val De Vie Apartments LLC. The local investor added the property to its growing portfolio and will continue operating the community under new ownership. Situated along East Main St. adjacent to PennWest Clarion University, the property pro - vides access to downtown Clarion, regional roadways, employment, education, shop - ping and dining. Andrés Go- doy represented the buyer. In Harrisburg, a three-build - ing multifamily portfolio at 902 N. 3rd St., 515 N. 2nd St. and 203 State St. was sold to TKO Rental Properties LLC for $1.6 million. The portfolio includes 44 residential units with in-place rental income and convenient access to downtown Harris - burg and major transporta - tion routes, including I-83 and I-81. Nik Sgagias and Amber Corbo represented the seller. NAI CIR also arranged the sale of the 6,360 s/f, single- tenant net-leased medical office building at 235 Division St. in Harrisburg to local in - vestor Mark A. White . The property is leased to AEG Vision, a national health - care company that supports local optometry practices. The long-term tenant will remain in occupancy under the new ownership. Alex Giannako- poulos represented the seller. Also in Harrisburg, the 11,080 s/f flex/industrial prop - erty at 7701 Derry St. was sold to River Keys Realty Partners for $1.1 million. The buyer will occupy one of the suites for its business operations. The property provides con - venient access to Rte. 322 and I-83. Chris Wilsbach represented the seller. In Enola, the two-building office complex at 123–125 N. Enola Dr. was sold to ADP Realty & Property Manage- ment LLC . The Lower Allen Township-based investment firm acquired the 42,360 s/f property as an investment. P
