Bacon, 12 th Grand Historian William Crump, Grand Board Member James Mitchell and 19 th Southwest Province Polemarch Terry Lee.
O n July 6, 1991, the Dedica- tion Ceremony for IHQ was held. The address was to be forever known as 2322-24 North Broad Street. The Province Polemarchs were: Edward K. Glass, Jr., Northern Province; How- ard L. Tutman, Jr., Eastern Province; Robert T. Hughes, Southern Province; Edgar Bishop, Western Province; Myron L. Hardiman, North Central Province; Calvin D. Heard, East Central Province; Mark A. Scott, Esq., South Central Province; Terry Lee, Southwest- ern Province; W. Ken Jackson, South- eastern Province; Alfred White, Middle Eastern Province; Samuel C. Hamilton,
North Eastern Province; and Cordell A. Stephens, Middle Western Province. Dr. W. Ted Smith was the Executive Secretary (Executive Director). 22 nd Grand Polemarch Hiliary H. Holloway, Esq., served as Master of Ceremony. Songs of Kappa Alpha Psi were sung, which was followed by a most august processional. Rev. Dr. E. Theodore Jones, Associate Minister of Salem Baptist Church, Jenkintown, PA pro- vided the ceremony's Invocation.

Among others, greetings were provid- ed by the 95 th Mayor of Philadelphia, The Honorable W. Wilson Goode (see article on page 18 of this issue of The Journal ), North East Province Pole- march Samuel C. Hamilton, Philadel- phia (PA) Alumni Chapter Polemarch Tarleton D. Williams (see article on page 14 of this issue of The Journal ) and 19 th Grand Polemarch Ernest D. Davenport, CPA. Thereafter, 26 th Grand Polemarch Dr. Ullysses McBride led the gathering in the Litany:
