What I did: I sold tickets to fans, ran the on-field promotions, and wrote press releases for the Wausau Woodchucks. On days we didn’t have games, I filled retail orders and worked on various other projects to make sure our game days ran as smoothly as possible. I also interacted with fans to ensure they were having the best game- day experience. What I liked: I loved interacting with and talking to all the different people and groups that came to our games. I also enjoyed working with my fellow interns to provide the best service possible. Future Dream Job: I would love to work in the front office of a sports team, specifically baseball. I would like to either work in fan services, including marketing and ticket sales, or in public relations.
