What I did: I helped the HR Team with various tasks such as filing, organizing a company picnic, a 401k audit, and scheduling interviews. My main project of the summer was to complete an employee engagement survey with the employees and figure out what to do with the information that was collected. What I liked: I really enjoyed the environment that I was in as well as the people that I got the opportunity to work with! Future Dream Job: Something in HR, not sure if there will be a specific field that I gravitate towards or just HR in general.
