What I did: • Rent vehicles to customers and help with any questions or concerns they have. • Work with insurance companies, corporations, body shops, vendors, and other branches for all the requirements needed to rent a vehicle. • Provided excellent customer service to customers to make sure they had a perfect rental experience. • Learned the details for managing a branch and understanding the financial aspects that come along with it. What I liked: • Talking to customers about why they are getting a rental vehicle (vacation, work, personal vehicle getting worked on). • Working with a great team that is friendly and fun to make the experience better. • Working for a business that takes great care of its employees and wants them to succeed. Future Dream Job: Head financial advisor or manager of a large business with interests in running my own company.
