Management Trainee Intern
What I did: I worked with managers and other management trainees (MTs) to rent cars for retail and insurance purposes. I also learned how to manage ‘fleets’ and make sure we ran tight by renting as many cars as we could the same day they were returning to maintain as many cars as possible on rent at time is possible. I also was able to travel down to the Enterprise Holdings admin office in Waukesha to attend multiple training courses on customer service and sales. What I liked: I really enjoyed the whole experience and figuring out what parts of a full-time job I enjoyed as I have never worked a first shift position before. I also liked being treated as a valuable employee by the company with many paid happy hours and outings. I also enjoyed learning how the rental process works and seeing how many insurance companies and local auto vendors we worked with in my area.
Future Dream Job: My dream job is a data analyst or a marketing coordinator.
