What I did: I helped promote our open positions for various divisions around the state using marketing outlets such as Facebook and Google Ads. I reported the results of these ads weekly and sent them out to the respective divisions. In addition, I helped optimize our website’s SEO by researching keywords and creating alt-text that would have our website rank higher on the search engine results page. What I liked: I really enjoyed all the different tasks I had to complete during the summer. The part I enjoyed most was the creation of ads for recruitment purposes. Extracting the data from our social media and Google ad campaigns allowed me to make changes based on the data we received. It was very satisfying seeing more applications because of the small things I would change to attract more people.
Future Dream Job: My dream job is to stay with Green Bay Packaging!
