What I did: I worked in the commercial lines transportation unit of claims. I learned how to use all of their different systems and all about the claims process. I learned how to read policies and all of the necessary steps from opening to closing a claim file. I also became a licensed adjuster by passing an exam. What I liked: I liked meeting and interacting with all of the different people. I also liked hearing presentations from many different executives from different departments of the company. Future Dream Job: My dream job would be working for a professional baseball or basketball team.
