What I did: My daily tasks consisted of opening new claims, investigating the facts of loss, identifying if coverage was afforded, and then making payments on those claims. I also reached out to others in different departments or companies throughout the claim process to ensure the claim was being handled correctly. What I liked: I liked the fast pace and never wondering what tomorrow was going to hold. I set my own tasks and organized my schedule to what I thought I would be able to accomplish. Other than new claims coming in, I was able to be pretty self sufficient and work at my pace. Future Dream Job: I think owning my own business would be fun, but also being a C-Suite employee in a well-established company would be another dream job.
