Healthy Recipe Skinny Orange Creamsicles

INGREDIENTS

• 1 orange • 1-2 tsp. vanilla extract • 1 tbsp. honey

• 2 cups unsweetened Greek yogurt • 1 cup pineapple chunks

DIRECTIONS In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Process until completely smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid. Try swapping the orange with different fruit. Serves 6.

of Health Sciences in Fishersville, VA. During her clinical rotations she gained experience working with a variety of patient populations in outpatient orthopedics and skilled nursing facilities. Annie completed her final clinical rotation at Synergy Rehab and Wellness. She recognized the unique holistic and personal care provided at this clinic and officially joined the Synergy team after graduation. Annie has developed a passion for functional fitness and helping her patients maximize their potential in all facets of their lives. In June of 2018 she became a PWR!Moves© Certified Instructor to implement functional exercises that are adapted to meet the needs of individuals with Parkinson’s Disease. Annie also holds a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer Certificate and enjoys coaching functional fitness classes. In her free time, Annie enjoys spending time with family, hiking, running and doing CrossFit.
