Coup D’Choeur de Noël à Saint-Philippe

L’été dernier, la troupe des Productions la Cour des Miracles a démontré, avec sa pièce de théâtre d’été Summer Nights , qu’elle était maintenant dans la cour des grands avec un théâtre d’été qui respire le talent et l’assurance. Inspirée du long métrage Grease et des productions de Broadway, Summer Nights est une incursion dans le monde de l’adolescence rebelle, avec ses déboires, ses railleries et l’amitié et l’amour plus forts que tout. Si Grease est un classique qui ne se démode pas, PCDM a tout de même réussi à lui ajouter sa touche, celle du plaisir sur scène avec une vision positive de la jeunesse et de sa fougue. La pièce a connu un tel succès que PCDM récidivera en 2015 avec d’autres représentations à l’été.
La chorale des Productions Coup D’Choeur a semé la joie à Saint-Philippe, le 20 décembre, avec son traditionnel spectacle de Noël à l’église du village. Il n’y avait pas une place de libre dans les bancs et tous ont adoré la prestation du choeur, qui compte une cinquantaine de choristes de tous âges. Des classiques du temps des Fêtes à la superbe interprétation des Enfants oubliés par Maryse Queenton, Coup D’Choeur a offert une soirée riche en voix et émotion. (SL)
