Through close co-design, structured review and continuous refinement, the programme has achieved strong engagement and become an embedded and sustainable part of ESB’s approach to ethical culture.

Flúirse, Pitman Training & LEAP Flúirse, Pitman Training and LEAP collaborated to bridge the gap between legal education and the practical digital skills required in the modern workplace. AI-supported content, simulations and practical assessment help learners build confidence and job-ready digital skills, while creating a scalable learning resource that can evolve alongside legal technology.
