applications and progression planning, and deliver group workshops. • Careers Coordinator - Organise careers activities, manage appointments, coordinate UCAS applications, and maintain communications with learners and parents. • Learning Support Team - Ensure CEIAG is accessible to learners with additional needs and provide tailored support where required. • Tutors / Assessors and Teaching Staff - Embed careers learning into teaching, link curriculum content to employment opportunities, and support learners to engage with external encounters and placements. • Learners. Take an active role in their career development by engaging with
activities and making use of available support. • Parents and Carers.
Support learners in exploring career options and
engage with SCL’s careers events and communications.
6. MONITORING AND EVAULATION 6.1. The CEIAG programme will be evaluated annually.
6.2. D edicated Level 6 Careers Development Professional’s will be available to offer one -to-one guidance and support to learners as they navigate their career choices.
6.3. SCL Group will keep systematic records of the individual advice given to each learner, along with the decisions and actions agreed. Learners will be able to access these records to support their career development.
6.4. SCL Group will also collect and maintain accurate data on learners’ education, training or employment destinations to help us review and improve our CEIAG provision.
6.5. Self -assessment tools such as Compass will be used to benchmark provision against the Gatsby Benchmarks.
7. COMMITMENT TO QUALITY AND INCLUSION 7.1.
SCL Group will ensure that all learners, regardless of background, ability or need, have equal access to high -quality CEIAG.
