Behind the scenes, a tight-knit team keeps this ecosystem thriving. Gaia stepped into the CEO role in June after serving as the Director of Operations. She leads a team of strong women, working alongside Sam, the Director of Programming, Meghan, the Director of Marketing, Parham, the Director of Sales and Student Services, and Sarah, the Art Director, in collaboration with a constellation of dedicated instructors and staff.
