Double E Company , West Bridgewater, Massachu- setts, purchased Appleton Mfg. Division. Headquar- tered in Neenah, Wisconsin, Appleton Mfg. Division joined Epoch Rollers and Double E Europe (STCMi), under the Incline Equity Partners owned, Double E Company LLC group. Inovar Packaging Group , Arlington, Texas, recent- ly completed the purchase of three label and packag- ing manufacturers. The acquired companies include Murray Label & Printing, Dallas, Texas, and 21st Cen- tury Labels & Packaging in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Inovar also purchased the assets of SafePrints in Miami, Florida. Nilpeter USA provided Clemson University’s graphic communications program with a flexograph- ic printing press valued at more than $900,000. Propheteer International , Lake Zurich, Illinois, closed its flexo press manufacturing business.Flexo- Support LLC exclusively acquired all of Propheteer’s intellectual assets and parts inventory, including the right to continue the manufacture and sale of O.E.M. parts and offer technical service. Colordyne Technologies announced a strategic partnership with Mark Andy as an exclusive distribu- tor of the Colordyne 3600 Series digital print tech- nology, on Mark Andy legacy press models including 2200 and 4150 platforms, in the Americas label con- verting market. Utec completed three customer installations in Ari- zona. Pure Pack, located in Phoenix, continued its ex- pansion by adding a second Uteco press, an 8-color Onyx 808. Poly Print, located in Tucson, Arizona, also continued its partnership with Uteco by adding a 10- color Uteco Onyx 108. The newest member to the Uteco family, Arizona Flexibles, located in Lake Hava- su City, purchased an 8-color Onyx 808. Publi Grafic Internacional S.A. De C.V. , Mexico City, purchased a 900 mm wide MW CI flexo press from Bobst, equipped with automatic face-to-face winders and with smartGPS, Bobst’s fully automatic impression and registration setting system.
